On October 15th, Dr.h.c. Mania Feilcke-Dierck, President of the Ambassadors Club, hosted the next Jour Fixe in the Maritim Hotel Berlin. More than 50 ambassadors from all over the world accepted the invitation. As a guest speaker, she welcomed Christian Lindner MP, Federal Chairman and Group Chairman of the Free Democrats. His theme, fitting for the Excellencies: “World Order in Transition – Germany’s Foreign Policy between Old Certainties and New Challenges”.
After the interesting and entertaining speech by Lindner, an intense and exciting discussion on many current foreign policy topics sparked off. The Ambassadors Club once again proved to be an important platform and exclusive network for the exchange between the excellencies.
