Politicians regularly speak at the Ambassadors Club. For the Jour Fixe in November 2023, Dr h.c. Mania Feilcke-Dierck, President of the Club, invited a business representative, namely the President of the Federation of German Industries (BDI) Prof Dr Siegfried Russwurm.
He spoke to almost 40 ambassadors from all over the world at the Hotel Waldorf Astoria on the topic of “Germany as an industrial location: How to stay competitive”. The speech was followed by many questions and subsequent discussions, as Germany is a very important trading partner for many countries around the world.
